We are pleased to announce that we are offering a new service to help with payment and the providing of service for all out of office uninsured services. Our policy has been to perform these services and then send an invoice via mail or email. Due to increased costs in sending mail and following up on unpaid bills all out of office services will need to be paid prior to the service being issued. These services are all non emergency type services and if any service is needed to be done immediately please make an appointment to come to the office to get this service completed.

Please see following a sample list of some uninsured services that would fall under this policy. As from time to time we change our schedule of services please check our fee guide on the uninsured services page to determine if the service is one which our practice provides

• Repeat prescriptions by fax or phone
• Email medical advice
• Transfer of medical records
• Completion forms
